Green Mountain Power, Bellows Falls Substation Section 248

DuBois & King was responsible for assisting Green Mountain Power in the preparation of a Section 248 application for a proposed new substation in Bellows Falls, Vermont. DuBois & King completed a study to evaluate possible sites for the new substation, identified a preferred alternative, and proceeded with regulatory activities to construct the new substation on the south side of Bridge Street in Bellows Falls. DuBois & King provided pre-file testimony services relevant to items of Section 248, including conducting a visual analysis.
