Mechanical and plumbing engineering for a 36,000 sf renovation for a website development and management company. Scope included site survey of existing conditions, re-working of existing HVAC equipment for the new layout, and design for new HVAC and plumbing improvements. The existing chiller was re-used together with existing air handling equipment. New roof-mounted equipment, boilers, 4-pipe fan-coil units, and heat recovery units were designed. Design work included temperature control upgrades and acoustical treatment for overall system noise reduction.
