Provided study through construction phase engineering services for a $900,000 town garage. The Town outgrew 20-year-old facility and after a 4-year planning process, elected to fund the construction and design of a new site and structure in western Chelsea. Feasibility study considered accessibility; utility, including on-site wastewater and water supply; impact on environmental resources; and applicable permit requirements, including local and various ANR permits and Act 250. Assisted the Town in the presentation of the site and addressing questions at a pre-bond vote meeting. Services included survey; site design; and structural, geotechnical, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
