Design for reconstruction of 3,300 lf of Runway 2-20 and a new parallel taxiway, including pavement analysis to determine pavement and subgrade conditions and associated drainage. D&K engineers provided NEPA documentation, Vermont Act 250, and stormwater discharge permitting.
Services for airport improvements included design and permitting for a new airport lighting system, including medium-intensity runway system for a 3,300 lf runway, medium-intensity taxiway lighting for a 1,600 lf taxiway system, complete hold and guidance sign system, runway end identification lights, precision approach path indicator, rotating beacon, electrical vault, and three off-airport hazard beacons.
