After the existing steel truss bridge was closed to all pedestrian and winter recreation traffic, the Town of Wentworth, New Hampshire, purchased a covered bridge from a hotel development that was demolished in Bedford, New Hampshire. DuBois & King provided bridge engineering for the mobilization and rehabilitation of the replacement structure and abutments. The replacement covered bridge was moved from Bedford to a storage location in Wentworth in the spring of 2015.
