DuBois & King provided topographic survey, civil/site, structural, and electrical engineering, and site permitting for a 4,800 sf, two-story addition to an existing medical-dental office building located on a 5.4 acre parcel.

The project included engineering services for an uninterruptible power supply generator and relocation of approximately 200-lf of perennial stream channel. Permitting assistance included Local Site Plan and Conditional Use, ACT 250, Water Supply Construction Permit, Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal, and Stream Alteration.
