DuBois & King, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Agent / Mechanical Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience. This is a full-time position with full benefits in our busy and growing Building Services division.
Responsibilities:
- Cx and RCx services to a diverse range of clients
- Early-stage development of basis of design documentation through the final testing of MEP systems.
- Knowledge of Cx process, standards, and methodology is required.
- Mechanical-HVAC engineering and design responsibilities will occasionally be required.
- Travel is occasionally required.
Minimum Qualifications
- S. in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- PE License in VT & NH required
- Cx certification preferred
- AutoCAD-MEP experience perferred
- REVIT experience is preferred
